The first thing to do is to get in touch. Text or email and I will aim to respond within a few hours but please allow up to a day. Once you have reached out, we can set up a complimentary 30 minute call or zoom call where we can think about what you need and what the best approach will be. If we think we are a good match (its important you feel able to connect with me), then we will set up our first session.
The right approach depends on your needs, whether psychotherapy, coaching, or a blend of both:
Coaching is priced higher due to its structured, goal orientated, focused nature which involves deeper preparation, personalised action plans and accountability between sessions.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However to ensure fairness and the smooth running of my practice, the following policy applies:
Cancellation & Rescheduling: I require 72 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 3 days notice will be charged at the full session fee.
Block Bookings: Sessions booked as part of a block package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions beyond this time frame will expire and are non refundable.
I respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used only for session management, bookings and legal compliance. My work is supervised in accordance with the professional bodies BACP and EMCC. All supervision discussions are anonymised to protect your confidentiality. I do not share your data unless legally required. Sessions notes are stored securely and retained for up to 7 years. For any questions, please email me directly.
